This relates to a 47% increase in sales for the first 6 months of 2021 compared to 2020!!!
Well . . . it's time again to take a breather, sit back and bring all of our wonderful and loyal clients, friends & family up to speed on the North Okanagan Real Estate Market. Speaking of Speed, if the market could have gotten a speeding ticket in the first two quarters of 2021 it would have lost its licence. We saw a 47% increase in sales over 2020. This is just mind blowing. We have very happy sellers at times reaching $80 000 to $200 000 over what they are listing at! On the flip side it can be a hard market for our Buyer clients when they get defeated in multiple offers multiple times. The signs of a bit of cooling have come with July and we anticipate a slow balancing in our market moving forward. Still in a HUGE deficit for homes to sell gives a bit of concern that the market may heat up as we push through fall with active buyers typically picking up once School is back in.
